Key responsibilities:
-Assist in project management duties related to the Company’s corporate strategy, fundraising and other initiatives
-Provide support to the frequent ad-hoc projects that the team will undertake
-Work closely and liaise with various departments in the Company and key stakeholders to execute various stages of projects
-Job duties encompass finance, marketing, and corporate strategy fields
-Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the CEO Office team, which may include: scheduling of meetings, logistical arrangements for --meetings, travel plans arrangement, expense filing, etc.
Key requirement:
-Undergraduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, Accounting/ Finance majors preferred; Candidates in other disciplines with passion in -Corporate Strategy/ Project Management will also be considered
-Candidates with prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance or management consulting are most welcome
-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in a professional environment
-Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Well versed in Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and Adobe PDF
-Mature, flexible, willing to learn, detail-oriented and quick-thinking, with a start-up mindset in adherence with the nature of the Company
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, eager to learn
-Immediately available and able to provide full-time support is highly preferred
-For part-time candidates, availability for at least 3 full days per week is highly preferred.
